Stephen Huneck

We are pleased to be representing the work of artist Stephen Huneck. A native of Vermont, Stephen’s work appeared in our gallery over the summer. Everyone loves the bright colors, strong graphic quality and the sense of humor Stephen brings to his work.

He works in many mediums. Besides the original woodcuts, giclée prints, and lithographs, we also offer hand hooked rugs, hand made sculptures and decorative items, as well as mirrors and furniture. Only some of his work is on our site, so e-mail us if you don’t see precisely what you would like.

Original Woodcuts

To create a woodcut print, Stephen carves a block of wood for each color, which is then inked and hand-pulled at the studio. All of Stephen’s woodcut prints are limited editions, signed and numbered by the artist in an edition of 500 numbered copies. Most woodcuts are available with black, chocolate, or yellow Labs. Each are printed on archival paper and are offered unframed or in a double matted artist designed frame of black painted wood or stained Maple.

The original woodcuts are $500.00 unframed, or $595.00 framed.

The image size of the limited edition woodcut prints is 20" x 16"; the framed size is 32" x 28"

Giclée Prints

Giclée prints are the finest method of art reproduction available today. These digital reproductions are in stricly limited editions of 500 signed and numbered copies.

The image size is 10.4" high x 13" wide. The images are digitally reproduced and printed on 100% cotton rag acid free fine art paper using archival pigmented based inks. They are double matted and framed in black maple. Framed the images measure 18 3/4" high x 20 1/2" wide.

They retail for $250.00 framed.
